Red Alert is a Hi-Tech Automated Electronic communication system for monitoring of clients' emergency requirements.
The Red Alert system provides a direct reliable link between offices, institutes, banks, industrial complexes and residences and the three emergency services - the Police Emergency, the Colombo Fire Brigade and Ambulance Service. The link is available at any time of day or night, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year- by the press of a button.

Red Alert Emergency Monitoring System
The Red Alert system provides a direct reliable link between offices, institutes, banks, industrial complexes and residences and the three emergency services - The Police Emergency, the Colombo Fire Brigade and Ambulance Service. The link is available at any time of day or night, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year- by the press of a button.
When an alarm is activated and received by us it is transmitted to the relevant emergency within 60 seconds. Our resource team also responds and arrives at the site, equipped with phones.
The Red Alert system can be coupled to an existing security system and fire alarm system. When a security alarm is activated, Red Alert is also automatically activated; Red Alert II can monitor three other emergency lines.
We can feed information and give instructions to our command station through our computers, as the client wishes. This will enable swift action to be taken in an emergency.
The emergency services on receiving an alarm through the Red Alert II system do not require any verification, as they respond immediately, thus avoiding delays. Red Alert is absolutely foolproof; any mechanical defect or willful tampering of any part of the Red Alert Unit which causes malfunctioning results in a communication failure and is immediately indicated on the screen of the Red Alert Emergency Monitoring Station computers and the stand-by computer.
This enables the 24 hours on duty technical team to immediately rectify the defect. Monthly maintenance services will keep the unit updated to the necessary standards.

Your alarm system and its status are constantly monitored by a computerized system at the 'Red Alert' command station; in the event of a confirmed alarm the relevant authority is immediately informed [Police, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, etc.] and any special request of the client in the event of that particular emergency occurring is also followed.
The Alarm Control Centre continuously monitors any alarm condition in your home enabling prompt action to be taken in case of an emergency as per the customer's individualized requirements.
Monitoring is done through a central station, which is a facility that receives signals from your alarm system for Fire, Burglary, Hold-ups, Duress, Openings and Closings, Scheduled Tests, System Supervision, Environmental Conditions, and / or other functions.
