• Formed as Intermark Trading in 1980, the company was the first
  Sri Lankan company that exclusively provided electronic security solutions
  
• In 1985 it was converted to two companies as a strategic move towards specialized units
  
• Established in 1985, the Red Alert system was the first alarm monitoring system
  in Sri Lanka done through wireless technology
  
• In 1990 the company achieved new potentials through the new management and developed
  in to a force to be reckoned with in the field
  
• In 2000, the company introduced the alarm monitoring system in Sri Lanka
  for the first time, revolutionizing the concept of protecting residencies
  
• The company celebrated its 25th Anniversary becoming the only electronic security company
  to achieve that milestone
